Anexo — Colombia Tax Manager

Resionic ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Anexo mobile application ("the App"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Anexo to manage your Colombian tax obligations.

The core purpose of the App is to help you manage your Colombian tax obligations. To do this, we store on our servers:
This data is synced to our servers so you can access it across devices and share it with your accountant.
If you upload or scan documents (invoices, receipts, certificates), document metadata is stored on our servers. Document images are stored securely and associated with your account.
The App requests camera access to:
Camera data is processed on your device using Google ML Kit. No raw images are transmitted to our servers. Only the extracted text content (after OCR) is transmitted if you choose to save the scanned data.
If you enable Face ID or Touch ID for app unlock, biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device's operating system (iOS Secure Enclave / Android Keystore). We never have access to your biometric data.
The App uses local push notifications to remind you of DIAN filing deadlines. Notification content is generated on your device. We may also send account-related push notifications (e.g., accountant invitation accepted).
We collect crash reports and error logs to identify and fix bugs. This data is processed by:
Crash reports may include device model, OS version, app version, stack traces, and limited app state at the time of the crash. They do not contain your tax data or financial information.
We collect anonymous usage analytics to understand how users interact with the App and improve the user experience. This data is processed by Firebase Analytics (screen views, feature usage, session duration). Analytics data is anonymized and does not include your tax data or personally identifiable financial information.
